so i remixed duncans demo. i have taken all his guitar out of it, which will hopefully annoy him and he will phone me up all yelling "I QUIT I'M GOING TO EMI" and then coming back next week all "sorry for all those things i said in the heat of the moment", and THEN who will have to do all the baking around here???

p.s. it's not finished, all, i am just posting it here to see if it raises a smile. i KNOW there is a wrong note in the second verse, but the ukelele gone done broke itself after the last take! the bridge just jumped right off when it was lying on my organ. i didn't touch it i swear. it is sad not to have a ukelele

This is what Carpet Ministry are up to: we are not on speaking terms. I have written several songs lately but I am holding them back from the rest of the band because i feel they would ruin them. I have been doing this since 1997.
Meanwhile I've been concentrating on a number of different projects: helping my Dad build a wall, researching my paper on corporate sponsorship of public bodies, and organising a south-east regional volleyball conference. Look out for it at a beach near you.
